Payment Timing

  • Credit card payments: Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

  • Bank transfer / Postal transfer: If payment is not confirmed within 14 days of the order date, the order will be canceled.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the product. In general, items will be shipped within approximately 12 weeks after we receive the materials required for production from the customer.

Please note that delivery may take longer during extended holidays (such as year-end and New Year holidays) or due to material procurement conditions.

Additional Fees

In addition to the product price, the following fees may apply:

  • Consumption tax (10%)

  • Shipping fees

  • Payment processing fees (depending on the payment method)

Shipping Fees

  • Yamato Transport: ¥1,000
    (¥1,200 for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu)
    Delivery day selection available upon request.

  • Letter Pack Plus: ¥520
    Available only for orders under ¥5,000. Items are shipped as soon as production is completed. Fragile items cannot be shipped via this method. Delivery day selection is not available.

  • Free shipping on orders over ¥24,000

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.

If there is a defect with the product, returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases of product defects: covered by the Company

  • In cases of customer-initiated returns or exchanges: borne by the customer

Refunds

Refund methods vary depending on the original payment method used for the purchase. Please contact us for assistance.

Cancellations

A 20% cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:

  • If three months pass without any communication or response from the customer

  • If required materials (such as breast milk, umbilical cord, or order-related items) are not received and the order must be canceled

  • If an order is canceled more than 24 hours after placement

Once an order is placed, we begin purchasing and reserving materials in preparation for production. This process requires both time and resources. By placing an order, you agree to these policies and conditions.

If delays occur due to travel or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible so we can understand when materials are expected to arrive.

We are always happy to proceed with your order once materials are ready. When possible, we kindly ask that cancellations be avoided.
