Returns

All items are custom-made and therefore non-returnable. However, if there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter.

If your piece is damaged during shipping, please contact us within two weeks of delivery so that we may arrange a repair or remake as appropriate.


Cancellations

If three months have passed without any response from the customer, or if we are informed that the order must be canceled due to materials (such as breast milk, umbilical cord, or other required items) not being sent, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

A 20% cancellation fee will also apply to any order that is not canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Please note that once an order is placed, we begin preparing for production, including purchasing or reserving materials. This process requires both time and resources. By placing an order, you agree to these policies and conditions.

If there are delays due to travel or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate being informed so we can better understand when materials may arrive.

We are always happy to create your piece once your materials are ready. If possible, we kindly ask that cancellations be avoided.
