How to Ship Breastmilk to us...
Ship to the address we emailed you (ship to Nishiyama Kaliah)
Clearly label your breastmilk bag or container with your order number. To find your order number check the confirmation or shipping email. If you do not label your breastmilk with the order number your order may be greatly delayed.
Make sure it is sealed well.
Double bag it: place it inside a zip bag so if it leaks it will be caught by the second bag.
For shipping label the contents as "Milk" on the form or for other inclusions "accessory materials".
If you are able to choose a delivery day please select a weekday and avoid holidays. We will send you an email after receiving your breastmilk to let you know we got it safely.
To avoid loss in shipping we recommend using shipping which provides tracking.
Breastmilk
BreastMilk double bag packaging: To prevent leakage, please place the bag of numbered breastmilk in another zip-lock bag.
Shipping via Cool Takkyubin/Chilled Yu-Pack: Refrigeration is acceptable, but freezing is recommended to prevent leakage. Please chill the item in the refrigerator/freezer for at least 6 hours before sending. We recommend sending breastmilk in quantities of 5ml or more. The average amount of breastmilk needed for jewelry is
- 2ml-10ml for 1-2 pieces
- 10ml for 3 pieces
- 10-20ml for 4-6 pieces
If you are sending less than 5ml of breast milk, please send it in a single zip-lock bag without dividing it into smaller pieces via frozen shipping to prevent leakage.
Hair and Fur
Fold it in tissue paper and place it in a zipper bag.
If there is too little hair, it will not be very noticeable inside the jewelry, so please send a little more than necessary. Even fine hair is acceptable. We will return any leftover.
Umbilical Cord
Fold it in tissue and place it in a zip-top bag. Even a small, slightly dry amount that falls from your baby's belly button is fine.
*Please send a piece, rather than all of it, in case it gets lost in the mail
Ashes
Double bag the ashes making sure to put your order number on the bags. Do not send all the ashes incase of loss in shipping. Depending on the jewelry how much we need may vary but we can work with a small amount.

Breastmilk
Please write your order number on two zip-lock bags. Fill one bag with breastmilk, zip it up, then place it inside the other bag and zip that bag up as well. Ensure no air gets in and that the zip is securely closed from end to end. Next, wrap the outside in newspaper, bubble wrap, or other cushioning material and place it in a box. If you have other items you would like to include in your jewelry (hair, umbilical cord, etc.), please use a separate bag and include your order number. If you have other inclusions please pack them near each other so we can easily find them all. We also recommend you use refrigerated or chilled shipping for delivery. We will notify you by email once your package arrives. To preserve the color of breastmilk, it will be stored in the freezer until ready for preserving.
Other
Please separate items such as hair and umbilical cords into separate zip-top bags (with your order number clearly marked on them all). Place two layers of tissue paper on top of each other, place the incluion in the middle, and fold the sides over to seal the contents. Once inside the bag, gently push out any air, close the zip, package, and ship. We will notify you when your package arrives safely.
For ashes do not use tissues but simply double bag with your order number on the bags.

Add on orders: If you would like to add on to your current purchase we can combine the shipping within a week after receiving your breastmilk. To do this use the discount code ADD during checkout and it will automatically be added onto your current order.
