Of course, it can also be created as a simple, personalized piece of jewelry for adults, engraved with a name, initials, date, or short message.

All engraving is done in-house at the Sakura Milk Jewelry workshop, rather than being outsourced.

Using a specialized diamond engraving machine, we carefully engrave each submitted design onto your jewelry, one piece at a time.

About the Pendant

Material: Sterling Silver (Silver 925)
Diameter: Approx. 20mm
Thickness: Approx. 1mm
Connector: Approx. 5mm jump ring
Components: Both the pendant and connector are made from Sterling Silver (Silver 925)

Even when purchasing the pendant on its own, it will arrive with an approximately 5mm jump ring attached. You can also wear it with a necklace chain you already own.

*Depending on the size and shape of your chain's clasp or end components, it may not fit through the jump ring. If you plan to use your own chain, please check the measurements beforehand.

If you would like to add a necklace chain, an approximately 1.5mm wide curb chain is available as an optional addition (+¥1,500).

About the Engraving

The base price of the pendant includes one design engraved on either the front or back of the pendant.

You can choose one engraving, such as a name, date, short message, your child's handwriting, or a drawing.

If you would like engraving on both the front and back, or wish to include separate designs such as a drawing and text, please select the additional engraving option for two or more engravings.

Text Engraving Using Our Fonts

Choose from our available fonts to engrave names, dates, initials, short messages, and more.

Text engraving is available in up to 3 lines. As a general guideline, we recommend approximately 10 characters per line. The layout will be adjusted according to the font, character size, and content to achieve a balanced design.

The more characters included, the smaller each character will need to be. For a beautiful finish, we recommend keeping your text relatively short.

Handwriting and Artwork

The base price includes simple drawings or short handwritten text that can fit comfortably within the pendant's dimensions and have clearly reproducible lines.

Because the pendant is small, artwork with many intricate details or designs containing a large amount of text may not reproduce clearly. In these cases, we may discuss ways to simplify the design while preserving as much of its original character as possible, or ask you to provide an image better suited for engraving.

There is no additional design preparation fee for standard text, handwriting, or simple drawings.

Even if submitted as a single design, certain special requests may require significantly more editing or adjustment than usual, such as designs containing an exceptionally large number of elements. Only in these cases may an additional fee apply, which we will discuss with you before production begins.

Submitting Your Handwriting or Artwork

You can submit your original artwork or handwriting as a scanned file or a photograph taken with your smartphone.

When taking a photograph with your smartphone, please use bright natural light and photograph the original directly from above, keeping your phone as level as possible.

Photographs taken at an angle can distort the appearance of the handwriting or drawing. Since the design will be traced from the submitted image, please photograph it as straight-on as possible.

Dark, blurry, shadowed, or unclear photographs may be difficult to trace accurately. If necessary, we may ask you to submit a brighter, clearer image.

We will trace your submitted design, making any necessary adjustments to the lines to ensure it is suitable for engraving.

You will have an opportunity to review the actual engraving design once before production begins.

If we do not receive a response within two weeks of sending the design for your approval, we will proceed with production using the design provided.

Copyright

Please use original designs, such as handwriting or artwork created by you or your family, for your engraving.

We cannot accept designs involving third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including characters, brand logos, or artwork created by other artists.

Depending on the content of the submitted design, we may decline an engraving request.

About the 925 Stamp on the Back

A small "925" stamp, indicating sterling silver, is located near the edge of the back of the pendant.

Engraving on the back is also available, but the "925" stamp will remain visible. If you would like to wear the pendant with either side facing forward, please be aware that the "925" stamp will be visible near the edge of the reverse side.
